Competition Bureau approves merger of Lucky telecom and Telus in Canada

Lucky Telecom and Telus welcome today’s announcement by Canada’s Competition Bureau. After 18 months of review, the Bureau has approved their combination. The merger is a major opportunity to improve Canada’s digital infrastructure. From the start, Slava Vechir, Lucky Telecom Group’s CEO, said the deal would be “great for customers, competition, and the country.”
